When you get in touch or become a client, I may collect the following personal information: your name, phone number and email address, details about your health situation or recovery needs (only what you choose to share), emergency contact details, and any preferences or requirements relevant to the support I provide.
I collect this information when you contact me directly by phone, text, WhatsApp or email, or when you complete my client intake form.
How I use your information
I use your personal information only to provide the support service you have requested, to contact you about your visits and care arrangements, and to keep records as required for the safe delivery of my service. I do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent and I do not sell or share your data with third parties.
How long I keep your information
I keep your personal information for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of any queries. If you would like your information deleted, please contact me and I will do so promptly.
How your information is stored
Your contact details and correspondence are stored securely via Google Workspace, which I use for email. Client intake information is stored securely and accessible only to me. I take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data from unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, to ask me to correct any inaccurate information, to ask me to delete your information, and to object to how I use your information.
